The SMA Prep Seed Library is a free program committed to increasing our ability to feed ourselves healthy food by offering seeds  to our families and staff. Through the time-honored tradition of seed saving we wish to grow and create a culture of sharing and put the pandemic behind us!

How does the seed library work?

Check out (withdrawal) some seeds from the library to plant in your garden. At harvest time,  save the seeds and deposit them back in the library so our inventory is maintained or even enlarged!

To help us get started, swap out seeds you   already have (new packets, seeds from fresh   produce or the produce itself) and submit at the   time of your withdrawal.

Does the library have a catalog of available     seeds?

It does! Use the link in Clever under Science     resources or go here to see a spreadsheet of   available inventory.
